The GenBots IR Line Tracking Sensor is equipped with a TCRT5000 reflective optical sensor comprising an infrared emitter and a phototransistor. It accurately detects black lines on white surfaces (or white on black) by measuring reflected infrared intensity. Features an onboard LM393 comparator with an adjustable potentiometer to set surface detection thresholds.
